The theme of the spectacle “Rendez-vous Bundesplatz 2012”, which ran from October 26 to December 27, was Innovation through Tradition. Eight main scenes and sound tracks brought to light a small selection of Swiss innovations throughout different time periods. These scenes were skillfully connected visually, presented with humor, and also featured a few surprises. Over half a million spectators came to see the show.
